I’m Anzaar Rana, a growth strategist and performance marketing enthusiast with over 13 years of experience building acquisition engines that scale.

I’ve helped brands across industries, from global tech and telecom giants to fast-moving consumer apps, unlock measurable growth through data, creative, and experimentation. My work combines analytical depth with hands-on execution, whether it’s managing a $200M+ budget, building a team from scratch, or leading expansion into new markets.

During my time at Google, I led global growth and performance marketing for Waze, transforming how the brand approached paid media, measurement, and creative optimization. Before that, I managed search and performance strategy for clients like HP, GoPro, Apple, Sonos, and Verizon. Earlier in my career, I built Yes Bank’s digital marketing foundation in India, leading website transformation and doubling acquisition efficiency.
